What amount of the sample can I request?
We offer a range of sample sizes – choose from 20g to 50g of algae powder or 5g of algae extracts. While there is a shipping fee, it's refundable against your formal order with us.

Are the algae products grown at your own facility?
Absolutely! We take pride in our sustainable cultivation practices at our own algae farm, spanning over 150 acres.
Packaging and Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll notify you with a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress at 17track.net.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Since we ship from China, the average transit time is approximately 7-14 days.
What if my delivery is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp. We will investigate with the courier, and as an apology, you will receive a compensation voucher for use on your next order.
What should I do if my package is damaged upon arrival?
If your package arrives damaged, simply take a photo of the damage and email it to us. We’ll take care of the issue and ensure you’re satisfied with the resolution.
